A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the rbsponsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor
and Industries at (206) 248-6630.

3. Coordinate all junction boxes and outlet locations with Casework Contractor. All junction boxes,
flexible conduits, outlet receptacles, lights and all other electrical components required for power
and lighting within casework items are furnished and installed by the casework contractor.
