Special Permission sign permit application is required pursuant to Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC) 19.32.80. Please refer to the attached handout on Special Permission. Two sets of drawings must be submitted with the Special Permission application. 2. Also, pursuant to TMC 19.32.80, total area of all signs shall not exceed 32 square feet. The proposal to install two wall signs: one 40 square feet and the other 8 square exceeds the maximum allowed sign area requirement.
