Please note some of the changes that have been made to the application in regards to square footage of the walls where the signs will be located. None of the changes made in the building wall square footage require a change in the sign area. The most notable change was made on the north building elevation. The exposed building area cannot include that area that is within the mall. Thus, the calculated exposed wall area is 11,176 square feet and not 18,944 square feet. For future submissions to the City, please include the height and length for all building faces where a sign will be located.
