The items submitted do not meet the necessary requirements to be considered a completed application. • Three sets of plans must be submitted and must be legible. Theapplication only included one set that was a copy of a fax and was unreadable. • The sign application notes that the sign area will be 72.9 square feet. Is this for one side of the sign face or for both sides? • The site map provided shows the location of the existing sign with two dots. This is likely showing the location of the two poles for the existing sign. Please show the location of the proposed sign. If any of the existing structure is going to be used please show, which pole will be retained and which one will be removed.
