Height of building (feet). Generally, signs may not be higher than the building with which they
are associated
Size of sign face (square feet). Structural review is required for pole signs with faces 30
square feet or more in area
Sign height (feet -Inches). Structural review is required for signs 15 feet or more in height.
Distance from closest edge of sign to property lines (feet). Generally, signs must be set back
from all property lines a distance equal to their height.
Number of sign faces
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the Installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and
Industries at (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.

Manufacture and install (1) internally illuminated entry awning.
Awning frame to be welded aluminum construction with mill -finish.
Bottom of awning to have white egg crate diffuser panels for added
aesthetic appearance.
Stanchion support poles to be out of schedule 40 3" steel pipe with welded
5'x11 "x3/8" steel base plates that are to be bolted to concrete sidewalk. Stanchions
to be powder coated "chrome" color.
Illumination: Illuminated using (4) 800 MA, high output. 72" 2 -LAMP
damp location fixtures, 120 volt. Graphics and underside of awning
only illumintated. Bodv of awning is opaque.
Graphics: Awning cover to be made of Cooley Brite white awning fabnc
with Bank of America Pewter Metallic vinyl applied to first surface.
See color chart for all color specifications.
Back of awning to have fabric cover to block inside of awning from view
from inside bank. Cover to have Pewter Metallic vinyl on side that will be visible
from inside of building.
