On February 15, 2004 the application was deemed complete for the necessary information to begin review of the application. 1. The current location of the sign will be within the site triangle for the north entrance. Signs are not permitted within entrance site triangles. Enclosed you will find a copy of the site map with the site triangle drawn on it. Please resubmit the site plan with a new location for the sign. On another note, the sign will be facing directly towards Andover Park East and would not be easily visible to motorists who are traveling north and south on the road. A suggestion that staff has is to have a two face monument sign, one face per direction of travel. The maximum area of the sign could not be greater than 100 square feet with no one side being greater than 50 square feet.
