The City has reviewed the application and on March 12, 2004, the application was deemed incomplete and is missing required information or documents. The following items were not found in the application: 1. Three sets of all plans must be submitted. Only one plan set was submitted, and this set was not legible 2. Please show the support structure 3. One copy of a valid Washington State Contractor's license must be submitted These items were listed as being required on the City's sign application form. Additionally, the actual application form is incomplete or appears to have incorrect information. 1. There is no applicant/contact listed 2. The application notes that the wall area where the sign will be located is 3 feet by 12 feet. This would make the wall area 36 square feet. Yet, the drawing submitted shows the wall dimensions at 23 feet by .114 feet. Please clarify. 3. The application lists the sign size as 360 square feet, yet the plans show a sign that is only 16 square feet. Please clarify which is correct. Please provide the requested information so that the City may continue reviewing the application. Footing Inspections must take place before concrete Is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is installed. A structural Inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning Division at 431-3870 for a final inspection. It Is the responsibility of the Installer to obtain the electrical permit and Inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries at (206) 248-6630.
