The Department of Community Development received your sign permit application to
install a wall sign for Fresh Produce Grocery located at 3920 S. 146th Street #A on June
3, 2004. Based upon the submittal requirements for a sign permit application, the
application is deemed incomplete as of June 8, 2004.
The following is required to complete the application and allow the City to begin review
of the sign application:
1. The sign permit application has not been completed. Enclosed you will find a
copy of the sign permit application that has been highlighted where information
needs to be supplied.

INSPECTIONS
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor
and Industries at (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.
