You had submitted plans which showed that the sign copy would display "USA Baby Kids Space". On September 24, 2004, City staff conducted an inspection of the sign and found that the sign copy was different than what was approved by the City. The copy of the sign noted the following, "USA Baby Child Space". This change in sign copy was not approved by the City. Within 14 -days from the date of this letter, please submit scaled drawings of the sign that has actually been installed on the awning. Failure to remedy this situation will result in formal code enforcement action being taken against the business and the property owner for installation of an illegal sign.
