Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and
Industries at (206) 248-6630.

RE: Wall sign for Value Granite Inc. (SO4-056)
On July 21, 2004, the City of Tukwila issued permit for the installation of a wall sign at
6265 S. 143`d. Place. You had submitted plans that showed the sign copy would display
"Value Granite." On January 13, 2005, City staff conducted an inspection of the sign and
found that the sign copy was different than what was approved by the City. The copy of
the sign noted the following: "Granite for Less." The City did not approve this change in
sign copy.
Within 14 days from the date of this letter, please submit scaled drawings of the sign that
has actually been installed. Failure to remedy this situation will result in formal code
enforcement: action being taken against .the business and the property owner for
installation of an illegal sign.
