On September 21, 2004, the City issued you a sign permit (SO4-071) to bring the illegal sign into conformance with City code. As of December 15, 2004, the work has yet to be completed. Your sign permit application will expire on March 20, 2005 and the City expects that the work covered under the permit will be completed by this date so that the matter of the outstanding Notice and Order can be concluded.
