I have also enclosed a check in the amount of $184 for the plan check fee and structural review fee. As shown on the plans, we are reducing the total sign square footage by 246.5 to conform to the new square footage allowance. We are also reducing the total height by 9'. Since the existing footing and structure was previously engineered to withstand 350 square feet at a total height of 90', no additional engineering should be needed. Please let me know when this permit is ready, so I can make arrangements to pick up, pay any additional fees and order sign product.
