The approved sign for Land America was proposed to be 18 square feet. The exposed wall area for where this sign would be located is 378 square feet. The maximum permitted size for a wall sign on this wall is 18.9 square feet. The revision submitted to the City proposed a wall sign of 33 square feet and thus is too large for the wall where the sign will be placed.
