The building at this location is a multi -tenant building with a common entry for all tenants.
The size of signs for the wall that fronts on Interurban is based upon the entire wall area.
Each tenant in the building is permitted to have a sign, however the total amount of signage
cannot exceed 64.36 square feet.
The existing wall sign for SW King County Chamber of Commerce is 34 square feet and the
existing proposed wall sign for Southside Visitor Center is 24.045 square feet.

INSPECTIONS
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431.3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete Is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the etedrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and
Industries al (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.
