The application is deemed complete as of February 1, 2005. After a review of the application material, Planning Staff cannot approve the sign permit application for the following reasons: 1. The information provided on the sign application does not match the plans submitted. The sign application notes that both of the wall signs will be 25.5 square feet. However, the plans show that the wall sign will be 11'11" by 3' thus the sign area is 35.73 square feet. 2. The elevations provided are inadequate and must be resubmitted to reflect the actual dimensions of the elevations where the signs will be placed. The dimensions that are shown do not correspond with the scale that is provided. Your next step is to address the above comments and submit the necessary revisions.
