The City of Tuwila has reviewed your sign permit application (S05-016) for a proposed
wall sign change for Circuit City at 223 Andover Park East, Tukwila, Washington. The
application you submitted has been deemed incomplete because the following
information has not been provided:
-Please provide sign calculations and dimensions for the entire sign, including the parts of
the sign reading, `Circuit City,' `Audio,' `Video,' etc. Please note that the entire sign
must be permitted, not just the portion reading `Verizon Wireless.' Therefore, the entire
signage dimensions and calculations must be provided.
-Please provide building dimensions for.thebuilding face where the sign will be located.

Distance from closest edge of sign to property lines (feet). Generally, signs must be set back
from all property lines a distance equal to their height.
Number of sign faces
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State. Department of Labor and
Industries at (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.
