Seattle, WA 98134 RE: Sign Permit Application for Sound Community Bank (S05-028) The City of Tukwila has reviewed your proposed sign permit application revision (S05- 028) for the Sound Community Bank. The revised drawings you submitted have been approved because the sign will still meet code and because the required number of parking spaces for the business will still be met with the replacement of one parking space for the new location of the freestanding sign. Tukwila Municipal Code Section 18.56.050 requires 18 parking spaces for the 6,000 square feet of usable floor area at Sound Community Bank; therefore, since Sound Community Bank has 59 available parking spaces, this change is acceptable. Please note that the new sign location still must meet the required 10 -foot setback from the property line. This letter serves as notice that the revision has been approved.
