The material submitted is insufficient for review by City staff. As of December 15, 2005 your application has been deemed to be incomplete. You must submit the following: 1. A new sign permit application (enclosed) 2. Three sets of plans (dimensioned and scaled), including site plan showing the property lines, streets, buildings and location of all existing and proposed signs. 3. Sign elevations with area calculations and dimensions. 4. Supporting structure and method of illumination 5. One copy of a valid Washington State contractor's license Additionally, if the sign requires structure review (refer to application for when structure review is required) you need to submit the following: 1. Structural review application fee of $84. 2. Construction details to describe the proposed foundation or wall attachments. 3. Structural calculations for the sign shall be prepared by a Washington State structural engineer. The previous structural review calculations referenced the Uniform Building Code. The City now operates under the International Building Code. The City does not as your letter noted "reissue" permits. One September 16, 2003, Minnie Dhaliwal sent you a letter noting that permit S02-061 had expired and that, "If you plan on doing any work a new sign permit must be obtained and the proposal must meet all current sign code requirements".
