A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection. It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries at (206) 248-6630. We will place the sign on two of the awnings, one for "Dentist" and one for "Law Offices." "Dentist" square footage is 6 ft X 12 ft, totaling 72 s.f. "Law Offices" square footage is 6 ft X 12 ft, totaling 72 s.f. In total, the square footage for the sign areas $144 s.f. Per our previous conversation, I understand that this considered "one" sign for purposes of this application. I have asked a printing company to make the vinyl signs, and I will place it on the building myself. There are no electrical, mechanical or structural changes to the awnings.
