East Elevation Measuring from the tenant improvement building permit that Famous Footwear submitted it appears that the wall length in front of the tenant space is 90 feet. The height of the facade varies from 33' to 21', I used 27 as the average height. These numbers result in a wall area of 2,430 sf. This is entered into the sign area formula found at TMC 19.32.140 Table 1 Area (L X H) Total Permitted Area of the Sign -Square Feet 0-500 0.05 x exposed building face in ft.
