A 50% increase in the sign area is allowed for each doubling of the required building setback, according to a Type 2 Special Permission Decision, up to a maximum of 6% of the wall area upon which the sign will be mounted. Based on an exposed building face of 537.625 square feet, the maximum area allowed according to a Special Permission decision is 32.25 square feet. You can send me any new drawings via email at this address, or by regular mail at the address below.
