Based upon a review of the items submitted, the City has determined that the application is incomplete. The following items need to be addressed: 1. The sign application includes a total of four signs, three wall signs and a freestanding sign. Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC) Title 19 only allows for a total of two signs, either two wall signs or a freestanding sign and a wall sign. Please update the application to only include two signs. 2. Additional information needs to be included on the sign permit application with regards to the freestanding sign. Please provide, the total frontage, height of building, size of sign face, sign height, and distance from nearest property line. While this is a reface, TMC Title 19 requires that at the time of a reface the sign must demonstrate compliance with the sign code. Please revise the application and plans to address these comments.
