The application was deemed complete for the necessary information to begin review of the application on December 6, 2006. A review of the application shows that the proposed sign area will not meet the applicable size provisions for walls signs laid out in the Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC). The exposed building face (EBF) where the sign will be located is 1,276 square feet. This EBF area would be permitted to have a wall sign no greater than 56.04 square feet, thus the proposed sign of 75.89 square feet is too large.
