Act 3 Catering and TLM are under common ownership. TMC 19.32.140 only permits a business to have one wall per exposed building face. The current proposal is to have two signs on one wall. The maximum permitted sign that may be located on the proposed location is 37.86 square feet. It may be possible to install both the Act 3 display and the TLM display on the wall, if the total sign area is less than 37.86 square feet. However, the total sign area is calculated by drawing one rectangle around all copy. Another option would be to locate one of the displays on a separate facade.
