FREESTANDING SIGN AND ONE INTERNAL INFORMATIONAL SIGN. THIS SIGN WILL COMPLETE THEIR ALLOWED
SIGNAGE FOR THE SITE.
THE SIGN AS APPLIED DOES NOT MEET SETBACKS. FOR APPROVAL, THE SIGN MUST BE SET BACK FROM THE
PROPERTY LINE A DISTANCE EQUAL TO THE HEIGHT OF THE SIGN (TMC 19.32.070). HEIGHTH IS MEASURED FROM
THE FROM THE LOWEST POINT OF ELEVATION BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE SIGN AND A POINT 5 FEET DISTANT FROM

INSPECTIONS
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical per it and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor anc
Industries at (206) 248-6630.
