While doing routine finalizations of sign permits last Friday [April 11, 2008] I visited your site and discovered that the sign that was approved and issued a permit was not installed. This correspondence here is to notify you that you only have until May 8th, 2008 to install this sign under the currently issued permit [S07-079]. If you still plan on utilizing the currently issued permit to install this sign please do so before this date. If you plan on doing the install after the indicated expiration date of May 8th, 2008, you will need to reapply for another permit, which will be easily approved if you do not change the planned dimensions for the signage. Included with this letter are: 1. Application for the Sign Permit 2. Plat and Location of the Property 3. Enlarged Architects Plot Plan of the property 4. Location of the fence and SIGN on the Plot Plan. Note that the sign is within the dimensions required by the City for a Permanently Mounted Sign. 5.
