This correspondence is in regards to the Riverside Terrace Apartments [14081 58th Ave S] permanent sign permit
that was issued on November 8th of 2007. While doing routine finalizations of sign permits last Friday [April 11,
2008] I visited your site and discovered that the sign that was approved and issued a permit was not installed.
This correspondence here is to notify you that you only have until May 8th, 2008 to install this sign under the
currently issued permit [S07-079]. If you still plan on utilizing the currently issued permit to install this sign please
do so before this date. If you plan on doing the install after the indicated expiration date of May 8th, 2008, you
will need to reapply for another permit, which will be easily approved if you do not change the planned dimensions
for the signage. Please reply to this email so I can update your file on this permit.

I am submitting this Application to get approval to install a Permanent Sign at the
entrance of the Riverside Terrace Apartments. Included with this letter are:
1. Application for the Sign Permit
2. Plat and Location of the Property
3. Enlarged Architects Plot Plan of the property
4. Location of the fence and SIGN on the Plot Plan. Note that the sign is within
the dimensions required by the City for a Permanently Mounted Sign.
5. Computer generated Picture of the Sign with the outside dimensions.
6. Photograph of the newly installed fence. The sign will be mounted between the
empty space between the posts shown in the photograph.
The sign has been prepared by and ordered from Fast Signs of Tukwila located at
16870 Southcenter Parkway.
I have given you as much information and documentation that you might need to
hasten the approval process. Please approve this permit so that the sign can be
installed as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to call should you need anything else.

INSPECTIONS
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing Inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and
Industries at (206) 248-8830.
