Dear Mr. Lee,
Your application for a two signs for the 0 Sushi & Grill Restaurant has been found to be
incomplete. We were scheduled to meet on Tuesday November 20th at 2pm but you did not show
up for the meeting. In order to be a complete application, the following must be submitted to the
permit center:
a. Measurements for all of the lines depicting the wall sign dimensions marked on the
attached red -lined plans
b. A copy of valid Washington State contractor's license
c. An electrical permit will be required from the City of Tukwila in order to pick up this
sign permit.
Upon receipt of these items, the City will re -review them for completeness and will notify you of
your sign options.

If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor and
Industries at (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.
