Please address the following comments and include 3 sets of plans that reflect the necessary changes. 1. The allowed sign size for this tenant space is 24.7 sf. Sign size is calculated by drawing one right angled polygon around the entire sign. City staff can assist you with this. 2. If a panel is desired for the freestanding monument, a sign permit is required. 3. Per the developer, this site requires channel cut letters. The logo in the illuminated box needs to be a channel cut logo. Verify with the site developer if the boxed "Italian frozen yogurt" will meet their requirements. 4. The application submitted to the City is colored differently than the application submitted to the developer. Provide the same application to both parties. The City's application is only pink, there is no red in the design. 5. Consider framing the letters in black. This would provide consistency with the adjacent tenants and create a unified look. 6. Center the sign between the columns and over the "key" architectural feature. Reflect this location in your plans.
