I have also approved two "Seattle's Best Coffee" signs; one facing south and one facing west. North Face: 5074 SF EBF 6%: 304.4 SF allowed Borders sign: 121.7 SF SBC sign: 5.67 SF Total signs: 127.37 SF West Face: 6%: Borders sign: SBC sign: Total signs: 3159 SF EBF 189.5 SF allowed 119.3 SF 12.75 SF 132.05 SF As we talked about previously, I cannot issue a permit for the third "Borders" sign located under the pedestrian bridge. It does not meet the Tukwila Municipal Code. However, if the sign will not be discernible from the public right of way (Strander Boulevard and Southcenter Parkway) a permit is not required to install the sign. With the pedestrian bridge still under construction, I cannot confirm if the sign will be discernible or not. If you choose to install this sign and it is discernible, it will need to be removed.
