I don't have enough information to review your permit. I have also the sign application against what was approved for design review for this site. Please address the comments that follow. • Signs "A & B": Provide the dimensions of the building and the canopy length and height for the 2 elevations upon which the signs are mounted. Provide the length of the 2 portions of segment X on the wall sign so the area of Y 1 xX 1 and y2xX2 can be calculated. The applications submitted are not true to scale. • Sign "C": Per the parking determination for the mall site, no designated parking for a particular business is allowed. The text "Bank Customer Parking" does not correspond to this parking determination. The location of sign C does not appear to improve the site access or visibility. This sign appears to add visual clutter to an already obvious situation. Provide information to explain why this sign is necessary at this location for site circulation or remove it from the application. This sign is located in a landscaped bed. No landscaping can be removed, impacted, or damaged as a result of this sign. Reduce the quantity of supports from one to two and provide a note that all landscaping will be preserved or, if not installed, the ability to install the quantity of plan -approved landscaping will not be impacted by this sign. • Sign "D": Per the parking determination for the mall site, no designated parking for a particular business is allowed.
