We received the revised plans for the Valley View sign permit. I have reviewed them with Stacy and have two
comments.
1. Height of sign needs to be lowered to 6' or Tess including grade.
2. Raise "message" portion of sign so that it is 9" below horizontal member of trellis to reduce the amount of
dead space between sign and trellis and to provide more room for plantings.
I have attached a plan that includes the above revisions. With your approval, I can issued the sign permit
based on this marked -up version. Please let me know if you have any questions.

inspections. Footing Inspections must take place before concrete Is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It Is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the Electrical Permit and inspections from the City of Tukwila Permit Center at
(206) 431-3670.
