ORDINANCE NO. 287
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA FIXING THE BUDGET FOR
THE YEAR 1960 FOR THE PAYMENT OF CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila, King County,
Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the eighth day
of September, 1959, made the following estimates of the expenditures
and receipts from all sources other than taxation upon the real and
personal property of the said Town of Tukwila, for the ensuing year
of 1960:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY '1'N E TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TUKWILA
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which
to pay the expenditures as above enumerated, for the ensuing year
of 1960, there shall be certified to the County Assessor of King
County, Washington, the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED
TWELVE and twenty -five one hundredths- DOLLARS (16, 612.25) as the
amount to -be raised by general taxation upon the real and personal
property embraced within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
as shown by the assessment rolls of King County for the year 1959.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law,
PASSED the Town Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 5th day
of October, 1959.
