The window signs on the east facade must be removed prior to final approval. See TMC 19.20.050 F3 which reads as follows: a. "Permanent window signs are permitted to be placed within ground -floor windows that provide a direct line of sight in and out of an area open to the public. Permanent window signs are not permitted to be placed in windows located along private offices, storage space, display windows, residential units or other areas of the building that are not open to the public." b. "Only windows along the same facade as a public entrance to the business are eligible for permanent window signs. I'm sorry I couldn't advise you of this prior to the window decal application, but the window signs were not shown on the elevations that were submitted as part of the permit application.
