Prior to issuance the following needs to occur: 1. Before issuance, the City needs to receive a copy of a business license application from Apollo Signs. Information on obtaining the business license can be found at: http://www.ci.tukwila.wa.us/clerk/buslic.pdf. Please have Apollo Signs sign and return the attached "Affidavit" with their business license application; and 2. The sign permit application was unsigned.
