INSPECTIONS
If the sign needs structural review, the applicant or installer is required to call the Building Division at 431-3670 for footing or bracket
inspections. Footing inspections must take place before concrete is poured. Bracket inspections must take place before sign is
installed.
A structural inspection is required for all signs when installation is complete. The applicant or installer is required to call the Planning
Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.
It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain the electrical permit and inspections from the Washington State Department of Labor
and Industries at (206) 248-6630.
SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION IS VALID FOR 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE.

This torque setting anchor is the ultimate in strength
and versatility, offering a maximum tensile of 78,000
psi and the highest shear strength of any expansion
anchor. Designed to work under medium to
extremely heavy loads under all conditions including
shock, vibratory, variable and dead weight. This
anchor withstands vibratory loads better than any
other expansion anchor. It is removable, reusable
and is the only anchor which can be installed with an
impact tool. These anchors place relatively high
localized stresses on the substrate and should not
be used with weak materials such as brick or block.
