Your application has been deemed incomplete.
Per TMC 18.60.030(B)(2)(b), approval by the Board of Architectural Review is
required for any exterior repair, reconstruction, cosmetic alterations . or
improvements if the cost of that work equals or exceeds 10% of the building's
assessed valuation. Please provide the following:
1. Documentation from the King County Assessor's office stating the current
assessed value of the building.
2. A breakdown of the total dollar value of the proposed improvements
showing labor and materials needed for your proposal.
We are enclosing a copy of the Design Review application packet for your
reference. You will be required to submit a design review application if the cost of
the proposed work equals or exceeds 10% of the building's assessed valuation.

Division at 431-3670 for a final inspection.

Your application has been deemed incomplete.
We have received your resubmittal dated October 11, 2001. Per TMC

provide the following:

for the wrong address (15015 Pacific Highway South). The address of
the Deja Vu is 15011 Pacific Highway South.
2. A breakdown of the total dollar value of the proposed improvements
showing labor and materials needed for your proposal. You have only
shown two lump sums: labor at $3,000 and materials at $1,400. This
is not acceptable. As requested on September 18th, you must show a
breakdown of the labor and materials that make up these totals.
We have been provided with a copy of the Design Review application packet for
