Councilman Traynor called the Tukwila City Council Work Meeting to
order at 5:10 P.M. in the absence of City Council President Bohrer.

Councilman Traynor announced the purpose of the Work Meeting was
to consider the proposed zoning ordinance as presented by the
Planning Commission and Office of Community Development. The
discussion started with Chapter 18.34.
It was suggested that the M -1 district would be referred to as
C -M District. Therefore, the title to Chapter 18.40 would be
"C -M District Industrial Park." Referrals to M -1 district in
the zoning ordinance would be changed to C -M throughout the ordinance
Councilman Van Dusen arrived at the meeting at 5:25 P.M.
Councilman Harris left the meeting at 6:35 P.M.
The discussion on September 18, 1979 will start with Section
18.40.030.
MOVED BY HILL, SECONDED BY VAN DUSEN, THAT THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL
WORK M 'DJOURN. CARRIED.
