The Traffic Impact Analysis report for the Grand Central Casino identifies an Impact
upon the City of Tukwila streets, including the intersection of South 140th Street and
Inthrurban Avenue South.
Should the City determine that the Level of Service for this intersection during the PM
Peak hour will deteriorate by 2010 to the paint that a traffic signal will be needed,
Evergreen Entertainment agrees to contribute a proportionate fair share to an
improvement project
Evergreen Entertainment; the owner of the development property Idefled above,
recognizes an obllgadon to a proportionate fair share of the costs of a signal and related
civil Improvements at this tnters..ection.
This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their respective heirs, legal
representa•3ves, assignees, transferees and successors, and runs with the land.
This agreement shall be recorded by the City Cerk with the King County Auditor and the
cost of said recording will be paid by the city,
