Hougardy, Quinn
Staff: Shawn Hunstock, Interim City Administrator; Shelley Kerslake, City Attorney
Shelley Kerslake, utilized 3 Powerpoint presentations: Overview of the Code of Ethics, Appearance of Fairness, and
Open Public Meetings Act.
Ms. Kerslake provided explanatory information regarding each of the above topics, and the Councilmembers asked
clarifying questions.
The Councilmembers and Mayor were provided a binder containing information regarding each of the topics,
including copies of the Powerpoint presentations.
