Attached is the permit and receipt for the permit that needs to be cancelled. The work was delayed until recently, and it was discovered that the incorrect permit had been purchased. The site address listed on our job start was not correct and we discovered it is a City of Seattle location, not a Tukwila. The correct address is 7701 14th Ave. S, Seattle WA.
