BUILDING PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampton Heights Association Ltd.
purported owner of real property situated in the City of Tukwila,
King County, Washington having a common street address as follows:
5711 South 152nd Street, Tukwila, WA 98168
and legally described as follows:
Parcel X115720 -0370, SP Hampton Associates LI, Lot 37, Block SW- 23 -23 -4,
Brookvale Garden Trs; and Parcel 115720- 0385 -0, SP Hampton Associates LI,
Lot 38, Block NW- 23 -23 -4, Brookvale Garden Trs.
has conducted or has allowed remodel or construction work to occur
on the property without first applying for and obtaining required
permits from the City of Tukwila.
All persons dealing with said real estate or any person taking
an ownership or other interest in said real property subsequent to
the filing of this Notice does so at his or her own peril with the
knowledge that unpermitted work has occurred on the property.

The Grantor, Hampton Heights Associates Limited Partnership, a
Washington limited partnership, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the
City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee,
its successors and assigns, a perpetual, nonexclusive easement
and right -of -way over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situated in King County,
Washington, TO -WIT:
SEE EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED, FOR DESCRIPTION
For the purposes of constructing, reconstructing, replacing,
repairing and operating utility lines, including but not limited
to water, storm drainage and sanitary sewer lines and all
necessary connections and appurtenances thereto. Together with
the right of ingress and egress therefrom for the purposes of
enjoying the easement.
This easement is granted with the understanding that upon
completion of any work on the easement, the property affected
will be restored as nearly as possible to the condition in which
it was at the commencement of such work. The Grantee also
agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantor from any
liability or damages (including costs and attorney's fees)
arising from the acts or omissions of Grantee and Grantee's
agents, employees and contractors in the exercise of the rights
granted herein.

portion of the following described property:
Tracts 37 and 38, Brookvale Garden Tracts, according to
the plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 47, in
King County, Washington.
Also, that portion of Section 23, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract 37; thence
East to the West line of Interurban Addition to
