HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-02-26 - Public Hearing - Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map Amendments for Ryan Hill Neighborhood (Cancelled) CITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on February 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following: Proposed Comprehensive Plan & Zoning Map Amendments FILE NUMBER: PL18-0005 APPLICANT: City of Tukwila REQUEST: Amend the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map designations for a neighborhood-wide area of the City called the Ryan Hill Neighborhood, including from Office and Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, High Density Residential; and Residential Commercial Center. LOCATION: Generally bounded by I-5/ MLK Jr. Way South on the west; 51st Avenue th/ South on the east; South Ryan Street on the north; and South 118/Wallace Street on the south. Information on the above case may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at 206-431-3670. The City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would have an interest in this topic. The purpose of this meeting is to provide information to the Tukwila City Council in deciding whether to forward the proposals to the Tukwila Planning Commission for further review. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
