APPLICANT: City of Tukwila
REQUEST: Update of regulations for ADUs including allowing detached
ADUs with design and height requirements, lowering the lot size
requirement, modifying the parking requirement, removing ADUs
as accessory uses in non-residential zones, limiting rental of ADUs
to periods of 30 days or more and providing an amnesty period for
existing ADUs.
