NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council public hearing to be
held on February 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200
Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following has BEEN CANCELLED.
Proposed Comprehensive Plan & Zoning Map Amendments
FILE NUMBER: PL18-0005
APPLICANT: City of Tukwila
REQUEST: Amend the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map designations for a
neighborhood-wide area of the City called the Ryan Hill Neighborhood, including from
Office and Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential, Medium Density
Residential, High Density Residential; and Residential Commercial Center.
LOCATION: Generally bounded by 1-5/ MLK Jr. Way South on the west; 51st Avenue
South on the east; South Ryan Street on the north; and South 118th//Wallace Street on
the south.
