In compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No 1607 the property owner of this development has demonstrated application of the Underground Ordinance will create undue hardship if carried out as part of the development. The Owner is obligated to participate in funding future undergrounding improvements for their proportionate share of said undergrounding fronting their property.
