HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-03-05 - Public Hearing - Unclassified Use and Design Review: Highline Water District Pump Station #8CITY OF TUKWILA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on March 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following: UNCLASSIFIED USE AND DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT APPLICATIONS FILE NUMBER: L17-0065 (Unclassified Use), L17-0066 (Design Review) PROJECT NAME: Highline Water District Pump Station #8 APPLICANT: Jeremy DelMar, Engineering and Operations Manager, Highline Water District REQUEST: Unclassified Use Permit and Design Review approval for construction of a new, two-story water pump station and associated improvements. One story will be underground, and the other story will be above ground and designed to look like a single-family home. Associated improvements include a flow meter vault, electrical generator, paved access driveway, site landscaping, and utility piping. LOCATION: 16032 42nd Ave. S. (Tax parcel #5379800009) (Quasi -Judicial) Information on the above project may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at 206-431-3670. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
