to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a Washington municipal corporation, an easement over and across, upon
and underneath, the land described in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated as part of
this Easement (the 'Easement Area`), for ingress and egress and for the purpose maintaining street
lighting and associated electrical equipment and the retaining wall, all located adjacent to relocated
South 158th Street.
A schematic of the Easement Area is attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated as part of this
Easement by this reference.
