attending the event. It was estimated that over 200 people attended.
New library building update - The building will open April 29th at 9:30 am. Angie will meet with KCLS

Library will close one week in advance to provide time for the moving of materials.
Other KCLS news — Covington will be closed for 3 weeks so that damaged caused by vandals can be
repaired. Southcenter expansion will be taking place but service will continue through that time. KCLS
is continuing to work on strategic planning. Members are encouraged to take a quick survey
at https:// w.surveymonkey.com/r/draftscenarios to help KCLS to refine options.
