4.Meetings for March and April have been scheduled. Wednesday, March 14, 3:30 pm-5:00 pm. Friday,

April 20 1:00pm-3:00pm. Meetings will be held in the Community Services and Engagement conference
room. Future 2018 meeting will be scheduled and finalized at the April HSAB meeting.
5.The HSAB supports continuation of the Parallel Process for the 2019-20 funding cycle, if possible.
6.WizeHive application was shared. HSAB members will familiarize themselves with it, in preparation to
recreate the rating tool. Rating tools were shared from the cities of Kent, Federal Way and Auburn and
will be reviewed by board members. Critical discussion centred around applicants requesting funding
from Tukwila have a clear understanding of our community needs and that services provided will fill those
needs. Access to services is critical; it needs to be shown that our residents are gaining access.
