Do hereby declare, convey and dedicate an easement over, under across and through said premises for
Water line utility and its maintenance as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF WATER LINE UTILITY AND ITS MANITENANCE EASEMENT
The south 20 feet of that portion of the above described property lying north of South 116th Street.

PURPOSE
This easement is for the sole purpose of construction, repair, and/or maintenance of water line for Lots 1
and 2 of City of Tukwila Short Plat No. L06-071.
BENEFITS
The above-described easement is hereby dedicated of the use and benefits for Lots 1 and 2 of City of
Tukwila Short Plat No. L06-071, and the owner of Lots 1 and 2 thereof, their heirs, successors , and
assigns, and said easement shall be deemed a covenant running with the land.
MAINTENANCE
All maintenance, repair, and re -installation of water lines shall be the sole responsibility of the owner(s) of
the lot serviced by the w. When said maintenance is performed with the easement, the disturbed
land areas shall be stantially re d to their condition prior to such maintenance.
